Thane TV asked Yumboxmedia to take care of their on-screen brand identity, which included the general look & feel of the broadcaster on-screen as a whole. Before Christmas, we delivered a number of idents for Thane TV, which is set to be broadcast and rolled out over their TV channel network in early 2014. This also included their channel bug, animated info and call to action screens, straps, banners and the like.
The new on-screen look & feel takes advantage of Thane’s new clean colours that they will be using as apart of their new brand strategy. As such, Yumboxmedia reinforced this approach by having idents and graphics that were clean, simple and smart also.
An origami style theme was adopted and chosen, with regards the dynamics of the animation. Sub-shapes that now currently make up the new Thane TV brand, could also be seen individually within the Thane TV ident animation sequences, until eventually the new look Thane TV logo resolved to reveal itself fully.
Thane TV’s new look & feel shopping channel is scheduled to be aired later in the month of January 2014. So, as you can imagine, we are all very excited here at Yumboxmedia, as we count down to seeing how everything will look and work upon air, at that time.
